1. About Us

ULU Yacht Collection is a trading name of Teak Holdings UK Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16304399). Registered office: 215 Lower Brook Street, Basingstoke, RG21 7RR.

2. Products

All our products are crafted from natural and synthetic materials. Variations in colour, grain, and texture are to be expected and form part of their unique character.

Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Deposits

Customers may secure items with a 20% deposit, payable at the time of order.

The remaining balance must be paid before delivery. We will notify you when your order is ready.

Deposits are non-refundable except where we are unable to supply the goods.

Delivery of deposit/pre-order items typically takes place in spring (April–May). Exact timing will be confirmed closer to dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

We accept payment by credit/debit card and other approved methods (processed securely by third parties such as SumUp/Stripe).

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK and can arrange international shipping by agreement.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping conditions. We will provide an estimated delivery date and keep you updated.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellations & Returns

For stock items (not pre-orders), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original condition.

Custom or pre-order items (including deposit-based orders) cannot be cancelled once placed, unless we are unable to supply.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty or damaged.

7. Warranty & Liability

We guarantee our products are fit for purpose and free from manufacturing defects at the point of delivery.

Natural variations in teak and rattan are not considered defects.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, storage, or maintenance.

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

8. Use of Website

All content on our website is owned by ULU Yacht Collection and protected by copyright. You may not copy or reproduce content without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
